9. Line for filling and packing (for more pictures look in the gallery)

               Machine is designed for volumetric filling liquids of various vicosity into bottles of 0.5 and 1 liter. Line is designed for filling yogurth, milk, katchup, mayonesse and similar pasty and creamy products into PET bottles with wide circuit angle cap.

Line contains: transporter with it's own drive, bottle sterilizer, volumetric round filler machine with 5 dosers, cup pasting machine, cup closing machine and thermo tunnel.

Bottles enters on the transport track up to input (big) star which movement is synchonized with filler machine, and output track strip off bottles from big star up to small star, where is cup pastig and cup closing machines, then bottles go to collectively packing.
